Cancellation policy

If the workshop does not run due to lack of numbers or illness it will be cancelled and fees will be refunded. Alternatively you will have the opportunity to transfer to another date, or to another course subject to availability. I will endeavour to give you as much notice as possible.

In the event of a cancellation, I will not be liable for any travel or accommodation arrangements made, or for the cost of any supplies you have bought. It is recommended that you take out appropriate insurance.

Refund Policy

All requests for refunds must be received in writing no less than three months before the course dates. This allows me the time to re-advertise and fill the newly available spot. All requests for refunds must be received in writing before this time and will incur £20 processing fee.

If you wish to cancel less than three months before the start of a workshop you will remain liable for full payment. You are able to pass your booking to a friend but please notify me in advance of this change. No reductions or refunds are available for people who wish to start their course late or leave early.

Privacy Policy

Any information that you share with me by booking this course will only be used in the undertaking of said course. Your information will not be shared with anyone else

Photography

I may wish to take some photographs during workshops to use for promotional materials for future events.  If you do not wish your work to be featured please let me know at the start of your course.

If I use a photograph of you which you would later like removed, please contact me.
